GC-MS对青龙衣化学成分的研究

Study on the chemical compositions of Qinglongyi by GC-MS

目的 研究青龙衣乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分。方法 采用气质联用色谱法对青龙衣乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离,通过NIST质谱库检索对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果 共分离出32种成分,确认了其中22种化合物的可能结构,其中有萘醌类4种(3.25%),酯类6种(32.49%),烷烃类7种(8.28%),杂环化合物5种(11.70%),占乙酸乙酯萃取相含量的70.22%。结论 GC-MS分析结果对进一步深入研究青龙衣中抗肿瘤化学成分具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To study the chemical composition of the ethyl acetate fraction of the alcohol extract of Qinglongyi. Methods The ethyl acetate fraction was separated and analyzed by GC-MS. The compounds were identified according to NIST MS database and the relative contents in percentage were calculated respectively with Area Normalization Method. Results 32 compounds were separated and 22 compounds were identified and occupied 70.22%. There were 4 naphthoquinones (3.25%), 6 esters (32.49%), 7 alkanes (8.28%) and 5 heterocyclic compounds (11.70%). Conclusion The results have certain directive meaning toward further studying the compounds having antitumor activity in Qinglongyi.
