Research of Vehicle Insurance Fraud Group Recognition Based on Matrix Analysis

针对车辆保险行业中危害巨大的合谋欺诈行为,本文提出一种基于矩阵分析的车险欺诈团伙识别算法。该算法首先从车险案件中的人员分布出发,根据人员与案件的关系构建表达人员涉案情况的分布矩阵,进而通过计算人员向量之间的距离构建距离矩阵,最终利用最大相似优先的原则对人物进行层次聚类。实验结果表明,该方法能够准确反映人物之间的相似程度,聚类之后的同一类成员也具有较大的关联性。

iming at the dangerous collusion fraud in the vehicle insurance industry, this paper proposes a recognition algorithm based onn matrix analysis for auto insurance fraud gangs. The algorithm firstly starts from the relationship between the persons in the vehicle insurance cases, and builds a distribution matrix of people involved in the cases according to the relationship between the personnel and the case. Then the distance between the person vectors is calculated to construct the distance matrix, and finally the maximum is utillized. The principle of simillarity priority is used to cluser people. The experiment result shows that the method can reflect the degree of similarity between the characters accurately, and the same type of members after clustering also have greater relevance.
