本文总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者在住院期间行背部腧穴拔罐治疗咳嗽咳痰的护理经验，包括护理评估、背部腧穴拔罐操作方法、注意事项，并辅以饮食护理、情志护理、康复护理等常规中医护理，有效改善了症状，护理效果较好，加以总结以期为临床中医护理提供参考。
his article summarizes the 1 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stabilization during the stay in hospital using back cupping therapy for the treatment of cough and expectoration acupoints in nursing experience, including nursing evaluation, back cupping acupoints in operating methods and matters needing attention, along with diet nursing and Psychological nursing, rehabilitation nursing, such as conventional Chinese medicine nursing, effectively improve the symptoms, nursing effect is better, to sum up to provide reference for clinical TCM nursing.
