基于Mattes互信息的医学图像配准的ITK研究与实现

近来非刚性医学图像配准在临床上的需求越来越明显,而使用互信息的方法已经受到许多学者的关注。本文使用ITK (The Insight Toolkit)完成了2D-2D的MRI脑部图像的Mattes互信息配准,对互信息算法及其实现做了研究,并较为详细的介绍了ITK在VS2005中的安装,医学图像配准在ITK中实现的基本流程和关键要素,依托Visual Studio编译器的ITK能够出色的发挥其在医学图像配准领域的功能,满足相关领域科研人员的科研需求。本文所选用的互信息计算方案,与其他的互信息配准的实现方法相比,计算速度快,鲁棒性好,也能达到很高的配准精度。
he requirement of non-rigid medical image registration is more and more obvious recently, and there are many researchers pay attention to the area. This paper uses Insight Toolkit to finish the registration of 2D-2D MRI brain image based on Mutual information, studies Mutual information algorithms and its realization, and introduces the basal processes and key elements of medical image registration in ITK.ITK which is based on visual studio in this paper acts excellently,the solution can satisfy the study demand pf related reseachers.This paper realizes the mutual infoemation registration with Mattes’ methods,compared to other methods,it can achieve faster speed,good stability and prexision.
