岩石表面硬度研究进展与应用综述

岩石表面硬度测试属于一种非破坏性试验,对测试试样没有苛刻要求,测试更加方便、快捷,可在现场进行多方位测试,在国外已被大量应用于快速测试岩石的单轴压缩强度。岩石表面硬度根据不同岩石的硬度不同,越坚硬岩石强度越高的原理,测得用于表征岩石强度与分类的指标。本文通过总结相关研究成果,包括:岩石点荷载强度与单轴抗压强度的关系,表面硬度与单轴抗压强度的关系,岩石强度与表面硬度的尺寸效应,和岩石表面硬度在岩体质量分级中的应用,就目前的研究现状和发展趋势进行阐述和分析,为该领域的相关研究提供一定参考。

Rock surface hardness test belongs to a kind of non destructive test, the test specimen does not need strict requirements. The test is more convenient, quickly, and can be multi-faceted at the scene. Rock surface hardness has been widely used abroad in the quick test for rock uniaxial compression strength. According to the principle of the harder rock leading to the higher rock strength, the measured indicators for characterization of rock strength and classification can be obtained due to different rock has different hardness. This paper summarizes the results of comparison research including: rock point load strength and uniaxial compressive strength, the relationship between the surface hardness and uniaxial compressive strength, size effect of the rock surface hardness and the rock strength, and the application of rock surface hardness in rock mass quality classification. The current research status and development trend of rock surface hardness are analyzed to provide certain reference for the field study.
