"线下体验,线上零售"模式下的供应链协调机制设计

本文设计了一种由线上零售商销售、由线下实体店提供体验服务的"线下体验,线上零售"新模式的协调机制,考虑了实体店体验服务水平的影响,使用收益共享契约协调供应链收益分配。其中,线上零售商为供应链的主导者,通过契约激励线下实体店提高体验服务水平;而线下实体店通过体验服务水平影响商品匹配率,从而进一步影响供应链利润。研究表明,采用新提出的协调机制后线上线下双方都能够获得更好的收益,即所设计的机制可以改进供应链及其成员绩效,并为供应链契约参数的选择提供了参考。
In this paper, a coordination mechanism for a new model of "offline experience, online retail" is designed, which is sold by the online retailer and serviced by the offline store.Revenue sharing contract is used to coordinate supply chain.Theonline retailer is leader of the supply chain, and uses contract to motivate the offline store to improve experience service level; theoffline store affects the product matching rate through experience service level, which further affects supply chain profits.The research shows that both online and offline parties can obtain better benefits after adopting the coordination mechanism, that is, the designed mechanism can improve the performance of the supply chain and its members, and provides a reference for the selection of supply chain contract parameters.
