我国营运船舶能效监测现状分析

he paper presents current situation of energy efficiency monitoring for Chinese operating ships from energy efficient data collection methods and energy efficiency monitoring system，using filed survey，questionnaire research and network investigation.The results show that operating ships lack of equipment in energy efficiency monitoring，shipping enterprise is not the same level of energy efficiency monitoring，most of seaman is shortage of awareness in energy efficiency monitoring and ship management. Finally，Some constructive suggestions on energy efficiency monitoring for operating ships are put forward.
