基于SGAAHPF的张掖市节水型社会建设效果后评价模型研究
Research on the Effect Evaluation model of Water Saving and Conservation Society in Zhangye based on SGAAHPF
传统的节水型社会评价模型不够全面与完善,往往带有很大的主观随意性,为了更科学、客观评价节水型社会建设水平,本文增加了宏观协调发展水平这个评价角度,并综合应用基本遗传算法(SGA)、层次分析法(AHP)和模糊优选法(F)来评价中观和微观建设效果,并最终得出一个综合性的结论。该模型经过对张掖市的实际应用,得到了满意的评价结果,表明该模型对于指导实际工作和正确评价节水型社会具有一定的推广价值。
he traditional evaluation model of Water Saving and Conservation society is not comprehensive and perfect, and it’s often with very subjective wishes. In order to scientifically and objectively evaluate the building level of the Water Saving and Conservation society, we increased the evaluation point of view about the level of macro and coordinated development, and comprehensive applied basic genetic algorithm (SGA), analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy optimization (F) to evaluate the meso-building and micro-building effects, then eventually arrived at a comprehensive conclusion. After the practical application of this model in Zhangye, we satisfied with the results of the evaluation. It showed that this model has some promotional value for guidance of actual working and correct evaluation of Water Saving and Conservation society.
