堤防除险加固的风险决策分析
NALYSIS ON THE RISK DECISION OF REINFORCEMENT FOR EMBANKMENT
全面考虑堤防加固的初始费用,失效费用及全生命周期内的维修费用,建立了堤防目标风险率的计算模型,在此基础上提出了适用于堤防除险加固的二阶段风险决策法。它首先基于全生命周期费用最小的原则确定目标风险率,然后根据堤防的现存状况决策其是否进行维修加固,确定合适的加固方案。文末通过一个具体的算例说明了应用二阶段决策法的具体过程,结果表明该方法合理地沟通了经济因素与工程因素,实施简便。
In this paper, the initial cost, reinforce cost and failure cost of the embankment are comprehensively considered to build a model and calculate the target risk degree. Then, the two-stage risk decision-making method is presented to study the reinforce strategy which can obtain the optimal risk degree and the minimum life cycle cost. Firstly, the two-stage risk decision-making method calculates the target risk degree based on the minimum life cycle cost; Secondly, an appropriate plan is decided according to the current condition. A detailed example is presented to illustrate the application of the two-stage risk decision-making method. The result indicates this method which is easy to carry out communicates the economic factor and the engineering factor.
