2010年4-8月在宁夏灵武古窑子地区荒漠草原区(DS)、人工柠条林区(ACS)及风沙封育区(SFZ)3种生境中选取6块样地,以巴氏罐诱法对该地区拟步甲科昆虫进行了物种多样性及其与生境关系的研究。结果共获得拟步甲科昆虫标本3406头,计12属22种,其中东鳖甲属为优势属,有7种,占总物种数的31.8%;优势种为纳氏东鳖甲、阿小鳖甲、小丽东鳖甲和尖尾东鳖甲,分别占总个体数24.1%、18.2%、16.5%及13.9%。群落多样性分析显示,SFZ1样地丰富度指数、均匀度指数和多样性指数最高;SFZ3样地物种数、个体数量和优势度指数最高;干扰程度高的ACS2样地个体数量最低。在物种组成上,风沙封育区和荒漠草原区极不相似;波氏东鳖甲、谢氏宽漠王、尖尾东鳖甲是风沙封育区的生态指示种;突角漠甲、中华砚甲和纳氏东鳖甲是荒漠草原生态指示种。

he diversity of darkling beetle communities and their indication effect to Desert steppe(HDS), Artificial Caragana stand (ACS) and Sand-fixation zone(SFZ) 3 habitats of six plots in guyaozi region of Ningxia were surveyed from April to August in 2010. A total of 3406 darkling beetles were collected by pitfall traps during field research. The result showed that all specimens belong to 22 species and 12 genera. Anutolica is the dominant genera, including 7 species,and the dominant species were Anutolica potanini, Microdera kraatz alashanica, Anutolica mirabilis and Anutolica mucronata .The dominance and individuals of darkling beetles were the highest in SFZ3 plot of sand-fixation zone. The richness, evenness, and diversity were the highest in the SFZ1 plot. The individuals were the lowest in the ACS2 plot that was high degree interference. Cluster analysis showed that the community structures and habitats were quite dissimilar among the sand-fixation zone and desert steppe. Anutolica potanini, Mantichorula semenowi and Anutolica mucronata were the indicator species in the sand-fixation zone. Trigonocnera pseudopimelia, Cyphogenias chinensis and Anutolica mureti were the indicator species in desert steppe.
