基于微服务架构的离散制造车间制造执行系统研究
Research on Manufacturing Execution System of Discrete Manufacturing Workshop Based on Micro Service Architecture
离散制造车间产品种类众多,生产组织复杂,易发生产品变动、工艺变动、业务变动、生产组织变动等情况,很难形成类似于流水线那样稳定的生产环境。在当前传统制造业转型的关键时期,如何设计开发低耦合、可持续拓展、高重构性的制造执行系统成为了关键。本文在对微服务相关技术研究的基础上,提出了低耦合的微服务系统架构,随后在对以汽车零部件注塑企业为代表的离散制造车间业务现状需求分析的基础上,采用微服务架构构建了离散车间生产过程管控平台,保证了系统的拓展性和重构性,最后通过生产计划执行和设备故障处理验证了该系统的实用性。
iscrete manufacturing workshops have many types of products, complex production organization, and prone to product changes, process changes, business changes, production organization changes, etc. It is difficult to form a stable production environment similar to the assembly line. At the critical stage of the current traditional manufacturing transformation, how to design and develop a low-coupling, sustainable expansion, and highly reconfigurable manufacturing execution system has become the key. Based on the research of micro-service related technology, this paper proposes a low-coupling micro-service system architecture, and then builds a micro-service architecture based on the analysis of the current situation of discrete manufacturing workshops represented by auto parts injection molding enterprises. The discrete process workshop production process management and control platform ensures the system\'s expandability and reconfigurability. Finally, the practicability of the system is verified by production plan execution and equipment fault handling.
