目的:建立三果汤散抗氧化薄层生物自显影方法,并对其中的主要抗氧化成分没食子酸进行含量测定。方法:采用薄层色谱-生物自显影技术对不同批次三果汤散进行检识,并结合高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定三果汤散中没食子酸的含量。结果:没食子酸在三果汤散中显示出较强的抗氧化活性,且在三果汤中的含量相对也较高。此外三果汤散中还存在其它较强的抗氧化成分,值得进一步研究。结论: 本文结合高效液相色谱含量测定法,采用薄层色谱-生物自显影技术对藏药三果汤散中抗氧化成分活性进行分析研究,具有简便、准确、快速的特点,有利于对藏药三果汤进行有效的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method of identification of the antioxidant compounds in Tibetan medicine San Guo Tang San by TLC-Bioautography and dertermination of gallic acid, the main antioxidant compound. Method: The samples from different sources were identified by TLC-Bioautography and the contents of gallic acid were determined by HPLC. Results: Gallic acid in San Guo Tang San displayed the strong antioxidatant activity and the high content, which indicated that antioxidant compounds besides gallic acid in San Guo Tang San were worthy of further study. Conculsion: The method of analyzing the antioxidant compounds by both TLC-bioautography and HPLC was accurate,reliabile and rapid, which was conducive to develop its quality control of San Guo Tang San.
