基于ADS的场效应管振荡器的设计
Microwave Oscillator Design Base On ADS
借助ADS系统软件以及S参数网络分析法,对二端口串联反馈微波振荡器进行设计并得出仿真波形图,满足振荡平衡条件。该电路基于MESFET器件的电压控制特性,从能量和电压电流方面理解,振荡频率在4GHZ以上,周期10ns,有利于技术人员参考。
his paper design a type of feedback microwave oscillator depend on ADS software and S parameters for two-port network as well as the simulation waves satisfy oscillation balance conditions.The circuit's oscillation frequency reaches 4GHZ above with 10ns duty ,following MESFET device voltaged control characteristics ,which analysis from the aspects of energy and voltage.It would be helpful for technical persons as reference .
