沉淀剂对稀土助剂性能的影响
Effects of precipitation agent on the properties of rare earth additives
本文用共沉淀法实验了六种不同的沉淀剂制备的铈锆镧钇储氧材料,并对其进行了XRD、BET、OSC的测试和分析。结果表明,用不同沉淀剂制备出的储氧材料,均为立方相的固溶体结构,老化后也无相的分离;以氨水、硫酸铵和碳酸氢铵的混合物为沉淀剂制备出的储氧材料具有最大的比表面积,其新鲜比表面积达到了120.63m2/g,老化后比表面积仍有42.21m2/g;新鲜储氧量为530.77μmol/g,老化后储氧量仍有422.47μmol/g。
his experiment using co precipitation method in six different precipitatingagent preparation of ceria zirconium lanthanum yttrium oxygen storagematerials, and has carried on the test and analysis of XRD, BET, OSC. The results show that oxygen storage materials with different precipitating agentprepared, are cubic phase solid solution structure, aging has no phaseseparation; with the mixture of ammonia, ammonium sulfate and ammonium hydrogen carbonate as precipitating agent for oxygen storage materialprepared has the largest surface area, the fresher than surface areareaches 120.63m2/g, aging of specific surface area is still 42.21m2/g; freshoxygen storage capacity is 530.77 mol/g, after aging oxygen storage capacity is still 422.47 mol/g.
