基于AVR单片机的钢绳芯输送带无损监测装置的研制
Based on the AVR microcontroller non-destructive monitoring device develop of steel cord conveyor belt
针对钢绳芯皮带在煤炭运输中的重要作用及目前钢绳芯皮带性能指标检测系统的缺点. 研制了基于AVR高性能单片机的钢绳芯皮带无损监测系统。采用上位机与下位机进行通信的结构, 一方面提高了检测数据的可靠性, 另一方面也提高了数据处理的效率。该系统在实际应用过程中, 取得了良好的控制效果。
im at the important effect of the steel rope conveyer belt for coal production, and disadvantage of the steel rope conveyer belt monitor system in performance and target. We developed a steel rope conveyer belt non-destructive monitor system based on the AVR High-performance MCU. We adopted the communication structure of pc and lower machine, on the one hand improving the reliability of the monitoring data, on the other hand improving the efficiency of data processing. The system achieved good control effect at the practical application.
