aO-Al2O3-B2O3-5%SiO2四元相图研究
Phase Relations in CaO- Al2O3-B2O3-5 mass pct SiO2 System at 1500℃
B2O3对降低保护渣熔点具有显著的作用,四元基础渣系CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2的研究对新型高铝钢保护渣和无氟保护渣具有重意义。本文结合Factsage计算结果,对CaO-Al2O3-B2O3三元相图等温面、CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-5%(mass%)SiO2四元等温面进行实际实验,确定了其在T=1500℃、CaO/Al2O3在0.35-3.5、及B2O3的含量低于18%(mass%)的成分区域内的相平衡。
B2O3 plays a significant role in reducing the melting point of slag. The research of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 is of great significance to the advenced high alumina steel mold flux and fluoride-free mold flux. Based on Factsage calculation results, the isothermal section and the phase equilibrium relationship of CaO-Al2O3-B2O3 and CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-5%SiO2 at 1773K(1500℃) with B2O3 being less than 18 mass pct and CaO/Al2O3 (mass pct) being between 0.35 and 3.5 are determined to be constructed.
