酰基硫代乙酰胺基螯合纳米纤维的制备及其对银离子的吸附研究
Investigation on the synthesis of acyl thioacetamide-group chelating nanofibers for silver ions adsorption
以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为原料,采用静电纺丝技术制备了PAN 静电纺丝纳米纤维,用硫代乙酰胺作为硫化试剂,经过一步化学接枝改性反应合成制备了酰基硫代乙酰胺基螯合的PAN静电纺丝纳米纤维。此螯合纳米纤维可吸附水溶液中的银(Ag(I))离子,具有大的吸附容量和高的吸附选择性。纤维中的螯合基团在吸附Ag(I)离子的同时可将其还原,增大吸附能力。同时,由纤维搭接而成的纤维无纺布膜很容易去除和回收,因而在重金属离子污水处理方面具有潜在的应用前景。
he acyl thioacetamide-group chelating nanofibers were prepared from PAN nanofibers and thioacetamide used as vulcanization agent by a combination of electrospinning and chemical grafting modification. The chelating nanofibers could adsorb Ag(I) ions from aqueous systems with big adsorption capacity and high adsorption selectivity. The functional groups on the chelating nanofibers could not only chelate with Ag(I) ions but also reduce the metal ions to increase the adsorption effect. At the same time, the obtained chelating nanofibers membrane structures can be easy to remove and recycle. Therefore, the chelating nanofibers may have potential application on the heavy metal ions wastewater treatment.
