有机农业作为一种新型农业发展模式，以社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的最大化为其基本原则，在全球得到迅速发展和推广。我国有机农业相对发展滞后,本文基于对有机农业概念的理解、国内外有机农业发展现状的描述，深入剖析从传统农业向有机农业转变的制约因素，同时根据文献阅读和专家咨询，从政府、市场和个人三个角度提出了发展有机农业的可行性措施，以期能够为有机农业研究提供部分借鉴，对我国有机农业的发展起到推动作用。
