椭圆叶花锚种子萌发与其内源激素含量变化的关系

In this study, seeds of Halenia elliptica which is widely spread in the northeast Qinghai-Tibet plateau were used to test the dynamic of endogenous hormones( zeatin, gibberellin, 6-Benzylaminopurine, auxin and abscisic acid ) content and germination in different storage conditions and time,to analyze the relationship between germination and endogenous hormones content change in the seeds of Halenia elliptica,to provide reference information for Halenia elliptica cultivation.The results showed that:(1) The storage time and storage conditions have significant influence on the percent germination.The percent germination of seeds under room temperature was about 4 times higher than that under cold storage,stating that room temperature was more conductive to seed conservation.The dormancy of the seeds of elliptical anchor may belong to the seasonal dormancy,this is the result of long time to adapt to the environment.(2) The endogenous hormone contents of seeds were varying with storage time in different conditions. Under room temperature, the effects of storage time on the absolute contents of endogenous hormone（ZT、GAs、6-BA、IAA、ABA）and the ratio of promoters to inhibitors(ZT/ABA、GAs/ABA、6-BA/ABA）were significant,while had no significient effect on IAA/ABA.Under cold storage, the effects of storage time on the content of GAs、6 -BA and IAA were significant.(3) Percent seed germination of Halenia elliptica was positively correlated with the content of GAs and negatively with the content of IAA, while other endogenous hormones (ZT, 6-BA, ABA) and the ratio of promoters to inhibitors have no significant effect on seed germination.
