本文根据系统总体设计的原则,对尾矿库溃坝灾害系统进行了详细的功能设计,在Visual Studio 2008环境下,结合ArcGIS平台和ArcGIS Engine开发的特性,开发出了一个尾矿库溃坝灾害系统。本系统对尾矿库的溃坝过程进行模拟,并根据溃坝产生的水流量实时动态地显示出淹没区域,给出简单的灾害评估。本系统的设计模式和开发方式对尾矿库溃坝灾害的进一步研究和完善具有一定的指导意义。

ccording to the principles of overall system design, this paper displays a detailed functional design of tailings dam disasters system in the Visual Studio 2008 environment, combined with the ArcGIS platform and the development features of ArcGIS Engine, and eventually builds a tailings dam disasters system. the system simulates the process of the tailings dam, displays real-time and dynamic flood area according to the flow of water generated by the dam, and finally, assesses the losses caused by tailings dam disasters. The design model and development methods of the system can provide a certain significance to further research and improvement of tailings dam disasters.
