聚合物共混物中分散相的形态迟滞行为反映了分散相尺寸对剪切的依赖性。本文主要通过流变测试,结合Palierne乳液模型研究了少量不同表面性质(疏水性和亲水性)的SiO2纳米粒子的加入对聚异丁烯(PIB)/聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)不相容共混体系形态迟滞现象的影响。对于添加疏水性SiO2纳米粒子的体系,通过Palierne乳液模型能够较好的拟合出分散相的体均半径RV,但与显微镜直接测量的数据相比,仍有一定的偏差,可能是由于纳米粒子的加入对界面弹性和界面流变性质的影响造成,但是形态迟滞区的变化和通过显微镜测试得到的结果是一致的。对于添加亲水性SiO2纳米粒子的体系,由于大部分的粒子分布在PDMS基体相中,使基体相的粘弹性发生较大的变化,因此不能通过Palierne乳液模型拟合得到分散相的RV。

In this paper, the morphology hyseresis behavior of PIB/PDMS blends in the presence of silica nanoparticles with different hydrophilitities was studied by rheology technique. It has been demonstrated that the Palierne model could fit the volume-averaged droplet radius RV of hydrophobic nanoparticle-filled PIB/PDMS blends from their rheology data. The deviatations between the rheological-determined phase size and that obtained from microscope might stem from the change in the interfacial rheology of blends. For hydrophilic nanoparticle filled blends, as most of nanoparticles distributed within the PDMS matrix and change its viscoelasticity significantly, the volume-averaged droplet radius could not be determined from the Palierne model.
