目的:纵向比较杭州地区护士职业倦怠及其影响因素的变化状况。方法:使用中文版MBI量表和护士组织影响因素量表对杭州市护士进行随机抽样调查。结果:护士职业倦怠总检出率(70.44%)高于五年前(62.80%),轻度、重度倦怠比例增加,中度倦怠比例下降。与五年前比较,组织氛围仍旧是稳定的预测因素,护患关系则由不显著因素变成显著预测因素。结论:杭州地区护士职业倦怠状况有增加趋势,但以轻度、重度倦怠增加为主。护患关系对职业倦怠的影响作用日益凸显,改善护士工作压力的应对措施需要考虑上述变化因素。

Objective: The longitudinal study was used to compare the change of job burnout and it's influential factors in Hangzhou district. Methods: We use the Chinese version MBI and Nurse Organizational Impact Scale to survey nurses from Hangzhou,using the random method. Result: Nurse job burnout total detection rate(70.44%) is higher than five years ago(62.80%), the mild and the severe burnout is increased, but the moderate burnout is obviously reduced. Compared with five years ago,of all the organizational influential factors,in addition to organization atmosphere is still a stable predictor, the nurse-patient relationship has also become a significant predictor of the job burnout. Conclusion: Although the nurse job burnout in Hangzhou has an increasing trend, but the increased is mainly the mild and severe burnout. The nurse-patient relationship has an obvious impact on job burnout,the measures that improve the nurses' pressure need to consider the above-mentioned variables.
