用于温室的多功能电机控制系统设计

温室是我国现代农业的重要组成部分,由于温室作物特殊的生长环境,需要提供不同种类电机服务各种控制。针对温室作业的特点,电机的品种繁多,设备升级更新困难,资源浪费等问题。本文提出一种多功能电机控制系统的设计方法。以单片机为主要控制器件,以MOSFET为主要功率开关器件,从硬件和软件两方面阐述了系统的工作原理、设计及实现。由单片机STC12C08AD和STC12C5A60S双机通信,码盘测速,直流供电,LCD显示,实现了对多种电机的驱动和控制。可以实现对电机的PI调速,并且具有欠电压、过电压、过电流保护。实现温室多功能作业和控制需要。
IGreenhouse is an important component of modern agriculture in China. For the environment of greenhouse crop special growth, the different service of various need to be offered by the controlling motor. There are issues which are the characteristics of greenhouse operation, motor varieties, equipment upgrade difficulties, and resources waste .In this paper, with the single chip processor as the main control device and MOSFET as the main power switch device, the working principle、design and realization of the system are expounded from two aspects of hardware and software. The double machine communication is made of the single-chip microcomputer STC12C08AD and STC12C5A60S. The implementation of a variety of motor drive and control is made of the double machine communication、encoder speed、dc power supply、LCD display. This multi-function motor drive system can realize motor PI regulation speed, and has a function of under voltage、over voltage、over current protection. The greenhouse multifunction operation and controlling are achieved.
