目的 通过实验研究遗传性癫痫大鼠海马锌含量及两种锌转运体表达的改变与癫痫发生发展的关系。方法 以原子吸收光谱法检测大鼠海马锌元素含量;应用western blotting 和RT-PCR技术分析两种锌转运体表达。结果 遗传性癫痫大鼠海马锌含量及锌转运体1表达明显高于对照组,锌转运体3表达与对照组相比无明显改变。结论 遗传性癫痫大鼠海马锌元素含量增高可能与癫痫发生发展有关;锌转运体1表达上调可能在癫痫发生发展过程中起到保护神经元的作用。

Objection In order to study the zinc content and the expression of two kinds of zinc in hippocampus of genetic epilepsy rats. Methods To detect zinc content in hippocampus of genetic epilepsy rats by atomic absorption spectrum method; the expression of two kinds of zinc transporters in hippocampus are examined by western blotting and RT-PCR. Results The zinc content and the expression of ZnT-1 in hippocampus of genetic epilepsy rats are higher than central groups; the expression of ZnT-3 in hippocampus of genetic epilepsy rats is similar to control groups. Conclusion The increasing of zinc content in hippocampus of genetic epilepsy rats may be related to epilepsy; the up regulated of ZnT-1 expression may protect neuron avoid damage during seizure..
