情报分析服务支撑高校“双一流”建设的实践与思考
Practice and Consideration of Information Analysis Service Supporting the Construction of “Double-First-class” in Colleges and Universities
[目的/意义]探讨高校图书馆如何在"双一流"建设背景下，紧跟"双一流"建设任务，发挥情报分析服务优势，支撑高校"双一流"建设。[方法/过程]以清华大学图书馆情报分析服务实践为基础，明确图书馆情报分析服务的优势，解析情报分析服务的服务对象、服务内容、工作模式等，启发图书馆开展情报分析服务的思路。[结果/结论]清华大学图书馆情报分析服务的实践证明，在高校"双一流"建设中，图书馆情报分析服务存在很大的需求空间，图书馆需要开拓思路、解放思想、创新形式，发掘出自身不可替代性优势，用发展的眼光、经营的理念对待图书馆事业，才能在"双一流"建设中有效发挥支撑作用。

[Purpose/significance] This paper explores how university libraries can keep up with the task of "Double-First-class" construction, give full play to the advantages of information analysis service and support the construction of "Double-First-class" in universities.[Method/process] Based on the practice of information analysis service in Tsinghua University Library, this paper clarifies the advantages of library information analysis service, and analyses the service object, service content and work mode of information analysis service, so as to inspire the library to develop the idea of information analysis service.[Result/conclusion] The practice of library information analysis service in Tsinghua University has proved that there is a great demand space for library information analysis service in the construction of "Double-First-class" in universities. Libraries need to open up ideas, emancipate minds, innovate forms, explore their irreplaceable advantages, and use the vision of development and management theory. Only when we treat the library cause diligently can we give full play to the supporting role of "Double-First-class"construction.
