目的:考察P-gp抑制剂与吸收促进剂对蓬子菜中活性成分肠吸收的促进作用。方法:采用大鼠肠襻模型及HPLC测定方法,以活性成分DXG的剩余百分数(R%)和肠吸收转化率(A%)为评价指标,考察P-gp抑制剂与吸收促进剂对蓬子菜中活性成分肠吸收的影响。结果:与对照组相比,各组DXG剩余百分数减少,单位时间吸收转化率增加,有效改善蓬子菜中活性成分的肠吸收。结论:P-gp抑制剂与吸收促进剂对蓬子菜中活性成分的肠吸收具有促进作用,可提高蓬子菜活性成分的生物利用度,为蓬子菜的新药研究提供新的依据。

Objective: To study the effect of P-gp inhibitor and absorption enhancers on intestinal absorption of active ingredient from Galium verum L. Methods: The intestinal loop model and HPLC were used. Percentage of residual and conversion rate of absorption were evaluation parameter. Results: Compared with the control group, percentage of residual is decreasing and conversion rate of absorption is increasing respectively. Absorption of active ingredient from Galium verum L. was improved well. Conclusion: P-gp inhibitor and absorption enhancers could increase intestinal absorption and improve the bioavailability of active ingredient from Galium verum L., which can provide the basis for research of Galium verum L.
