混合式步进电动机的归一化设计
Normalized Design for Hybrid Stepper Motor
本文应用齿层比磁导法,建立了四相八极混合式步进电动机的磁网络模型。在此基础上,作者提出一种混合式步进电动机的归一化设计算法,通过对磁网络内节点的规范化编号,给出了统一的磁网络节点方程, 建立了适用于任意极数和相数的通用的全系统磁网络模型。继而,作者采用场路结合方法,以C++语言为工具,编制了混合式步进电动机的计算机辅助设计程序, 将分别根据归一化前后的磁网络模型计算的转矩结果进行了对比,具有很好的一致性。
In this paper, the tooth-layer rate permeance method is implemented to build a magnetic circuit network model for a four-phase eight-pole hybrid stepper motor. In the basis of the built magnetic circuit network, the author designed a new normalized argirothm for hybrid stepper motor design. By numbering each node of the magnetic circuit network, a normalized nodal-based equation of the network is given, and a general magnetic circuit network for arbitrary number of phase and pole is built. Then, a computer aided design software for hybrid stepper motor is written in C++ language with the field-circuit coupled method. Simulation of the torque-angle characteristics of the mentioned four-phase eight-pole motor was ran before and after the normalization process. The result of the normalized model agrees with the unnormalized one.
