非晶纳米晶Fe基孕育剂变质细化高速钢

High speed steel modified by amorphous nanocrystalline Fe matrix inoculant

作者用快速凝固法制备出非晶纳米晶Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N孕育剂,并用此孕育剂对W18Cr4V高速钢进行变质处理。在分析该孕育剂形态及组成相的基础上,研究了这种非晶纳米晶孕育剂对W18Cr4V组织和性能的影响。结果表明,经真空快淬后Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N形成了非晶纳米晶的混合体,其基体相为Fe-Al(-Cr)系金属间化合物,增强相为颗粒装的氮化物,氧化物和少量碳化物。孕育处理使得高速钢铸态组织细化,并且使鱼骨状碳化物趋于断网形成更细小更均匀分布的块状或条状。孕育处理使热处理态高速钢晶粒细化,改善了碳化物形态和分布,从而使得高速钢的硬度和红硬性增加,冲击韧性和耐磨性获得较明显的提高。

Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N amorphous nanocrystalline inoculant was prepared using the method of rapid solidification. and this inoculant was used to refine high speed steel. Based on the test and ananlysis results of the phase composition of Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N inoculant,The effect of Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N inoculant on structures and properties of W18Cr4V HSS was studied. The results show that the inoculant is a mixture of amorphous and nanometer crystal, andthe matrix phases of Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N inoculant are Fe-Al(-Cr) intermetallics compound, and its reinforcement consists ofparticulate nitride, carbide, oxide and some important precipitated phase. With the addition of inoculant, the grain size of as-cast HSS was refined sharply, and the fishbone carbide tended to be broken. At the same time, the distribution of the carbides is more homogeneous in steel matrix. The quenching grain size of T1 is refined obviously after modification with Fe-Al-Cr-Nb-C-N inoculant. And the hardness, red-hardness , wear resistance and impact toughness are also improved obviously.
