曲轴的参数化有限元分析

在分析曲轴的受力情况及主要损坏方式的前提下,建立有限元数学分析模型,模拟施加载荷及约束。利用有限元分析软件对曲轴进行参数化分析。分析曲轴所受的最大拉应力及最大剪应力,研究其应力分布图,找到曲轴的易损坏点,同时总结了曲轴的拉应力随曲轴尺寸变化的方程,为曲轴的防护或改进提供了理论依据。
In the analysis that the main force and the major damage way of the crankshaft the premise, the mathematical model is built with finite element, the loads and the constraints are applied virtually. Using the finite element analysis software, ANSYS, parameterization analysis is carried out for the Crankshaft. We analyzed the maximum tensile stress, the maximum shear stress and stress distribution map of the Crankshaft, found the easily damaged points, except that we summarized the equation that the change of the tensile stress follow up the size of the Crankshaft. All of the analyses provide the theoretical basis for protection and improvement of the Crankshaft.
