中国粮食综合生产能力与粮食安全的脆弱性

Main Factors which affected the grain comprehensive productivity capacity since 1978 were studied in this paper. Based on these analysis，Chinese grain comprehensive productivity capacity benefited from the institution innovation, technical progress and fertilizer increase, and disaster and cultivated area decrease made against the grain output increase. The food security was much fragility because of unsteady of the basic of the Chinese grain comprehensive productivity capacity. To guarantee the food security must advance the capability of policy- support, the capability of technological progress, the capability of protecting cultivated land and the capability of anti-disaster.
