警犬血浆内源性代谢物的GC-MS分析

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术对德国牧羊犬,史宾格犬和拉布拉多犬三个警用品种犬的血浆进行分析研究。结果发现犬的血浆中有200多种物质,而这三个品种犬血浆共有的内源性代谢物有38种,主要是氨基酸、脂肪酸,糖类等小分子量的化合物。通过对检测到的38种共有的内源性代谢物比较分析,发现部分代谢物的含量在三个品种之间存在差异。
Gas chromatograph-Mass Spectrometry based on methodology was developed to investigate the endogenous metabolites in police dog’s plasma of German shepherd, English Springer Spaniel and Labrador Retriver. The results showed that there were more than 200 metabolites in canine plasma, and 38 endogenous metabolies were selected as the commensal metabolites in the three species. The major commensal metabolites were low molecular weight compounds include amino acids, fatty acids, carbohydrates and so on. Through the analysis of the 38 commensal endogenous metabolites, we found the concentrations of some metabolites among the three species there were differences.
