通过研究熔融碳酸盐燃料电池的传热传质和电化学反应机理,根据质能守恒原理建立了电堆的温度模型。模型考虑了辐射换热、shift反应及组分动量的变化。求解传质方程时对电流密度做了一阶假设。结果表明入口气流温度、阴极利用率和电流密度是影响电堆温度的主要因素;不同流动型式的电堆在相同进气参数下有着不同的温度场。

Through studding the heat-mass transfer and muti-spices electric-chemical reaction, a temperature model was developed for molten-Carbonate fuel cell stack. The thermal radiation, shift reaction, and the change of momentum were considered in this model. The mass transfer model was solved though a first-order approximation. The simulation showed that the inlet gas temperature, utilization of cathode gas, flowing pattern and current density had predominant effect on the temperature of stack.
