高锰钢超声振动切削的仿真研究
Simulation Research on Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting of High Manganese Steel
本文针对高锰钢加工硬化的特性,提出采用超声振动切削的非传统加工方法。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对振动切削过程进行模拟仿真,得到切削力、切削热、应力场分布情况及振动参数对切削力的影响规律。
iming at the work hardening characteristics of high manganese steel(HMS), a nontraditional machining method of ultrasonic vibration cutting was introduced to process the machining of HMS in this paper. And the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the cutting process of the vibration cutting. Thus the field distributions of cutting force, cutting heat and stress, and the influences of vibration parameters on cutting force were obtained.
