矿井通风自动控制实验教学模型开发与应用

矿井通风实验通常需要大面积的实验坑道和多人协作一起完成,费时费力。由于仪器精度等诸多问题,特别是对于教学演示往往达不到预期效果。根据相似原理,本文使用PVC管搭建小体积矿井模型,利用压差传感器、风速传感器以及风门执行器进行了矿井通风的模拟与实验。上位机软件采用Visual Basic程序编写,通过CAN-BUS总线采集压差和风速的模拟信号并输出风门角度控制模拟信号进行实际监测与控制。该系统具有成本低、体积小、操作简单直观、功能多等特点。
