近年来,冠状动脉微循环障碍(CMD)和代谢综合征(MetS)因对心血管造成不利影响而备受关注。CMD 是导致心肌缺血的一种潜在因素,与心血管疾病的发生、进展和不良预后密切相关。MetS 是一组由遗传和环境因素共同作用引起的代谢性疾病。CMD 和 MetS 之间存在一定的关联,了解两种疾病之间复杂的相互作用对于制订有效的预防和治疗策略至关重要。本文旨在综述二者的发展历程、MetS 各组分与 CMD 之间的关系、疾病诊疗以及未来研究方向,以期为临床提供借鉴。

CMD is a potential factor leading to myocardial ischemiawhich is closely related to the occurrenceprogression and poor prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. MetS is a group of metabolic diseases caused by a combination of genetic and environmental factors. There is an association between CMD and MetS understanding the complex interactions between the two diseases is essential for developing effective prevention and treatment strategies. This article aims to review the development of MetS and CMDand the relationship of the components of MetS with CMDas well as the diagnosistreatment and future research directions of these diseases.
