苜蓿根瘤菌对油菜促生作用的研究

In this paper, after dealing it with different kind of Alfalfa rhizobium bacterial strain. We studied on growth-promoting of Alfalfa rhizobium on rapeseed by observing the agronomic characters of rapeseed during it’s growing span. After making methods of experimental statistics on rapeseed’s the legth of whole、the legth of plant stem、the legth of plant root and the weight of whole plant、the weigth of plant stem、the weigth of plant root . Selecting out those rhizobium bacterial strain with obvious promoting effect. The results showed that alfalfa rhizobium bacterial strain L5 has obvious growth-promoting effect on rapeseed’s the legth of whole、the legth of plant stem、the legth of plant root ;and that bacterial strain L3 has obvious growing-promoting effect on rapeseed’s the weight of whole plant、the weigth of plant stem、the weigth of plant root both bacterial strain L3 and L5 can obvious improve the agronomic characters of rapeseed,especially can obvious Increase rapeseeds length and biologic weight ,then increase it’s production.
