应用突变理论对矿山安全管理进行安全评价
pply Mutate Theory to Carry on a Safety Evaluation to the Coal Mine Safety Management
造成我国煤矿事故频繁发生的主要原因是安全管理失效,因此需要对矿山安全管理状况进行安全评价。目前常用的一些方法,主要缺点是评价中参数值的选取、各评价指标权重的确定以及评价因素重要性的确定等问题,因易受到参评人员主观的影响,而导致评价难以获得客观结果。基于突变理论的特点,本文提出了应用突变理论对矿山安全管理进行安全评价。本文重点介绍了突变理论的基本原理和在实际中的应用过程。事例表明,此方法用于评价是合理可行的,减少了常用方法的缺点。
he main reason of leading to our country mine coal accidents often happen is the fault of safety management.Therefore,we need to carry on a safety evaluation to coal mine safety management condition.Currently in common use methods,their main weakness are selection of parameter value in evaluation,assurance of each evaluation index weight,and assurance of evaluation factor importance and so on.Because of being subjected to people subjective influence,cause evaluation hard accquire an objective result.According to the characteristics of mutate theory,this test puts forward applying mutate theory to carry on a safety evaluation to the coal mine safety management.This text point introduce the basic principle of mutate theory and its applied process in physically.The case expresses that the method using in evaluation is reasonable,reducing the weakness of in common use methods.
