里海盐爪爪次生代谢产物及其抗菌和抗氧化活性

Four secondary metabolites were isolated from the aerial parts of Kalidium caspicum (Chenopodiaceae). By means of physicochemical and spectrometric analysis, they were identified as vanillic acid (1), oleanolic acid (2), apigenin (3) and ferulic acid (4). All these compounds were isolated from K. caspicum for the first time. Among them, apigenin (3) showed the strongest antimicrobial and antioxidant activities, both vanillic acid (1) and ferulic acid (4) had the moderate activities, and oleanolic acid (2) exhibited relatively weak antimicrobial and antioxidant activities. The results indicate that apigenin (3) and their related flavonoids, as well as vanillic acid (1) and ferulic acid (4) and their related phenolic acids were the main antimicrobial and antioxidant components in K. caspicum. The results suggest that the isolated compounds could be used for future development as the antimicrobial and antioxidant agents, chemotaxonomy of chenopodiaceous plants, as well as for supporting K. caspicum utilized as forage.
