房产税改革的影响分析

2011年1月28日起，上海、重庆两地开始试行房产税。本文结合沪、渝两地试点经验，剖析新一轮的房产税改革对财政收入、投资、房价的影响，从而揭示出房产税改革过程中应注意的问题，为全国性房产税改革的推广提供借鉴。
From January28,2011, house property tax should be payed in shanghai and chongqing.In this paper,we analysis the impact of house property tax reform to revenue,investment and house prices,thus revealing related issues in the process of house property tax reform. Ultimately, we can provide suggestions for the promotion of house property tax.
