基于模糊综合评判的农民工供给因素分析
nalysis of Supply Factors of the Migrant Workers Based on Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation
影响农民劳动供给行为的微观因素比较复杂，而且这些因素又因不同人群、不同时间而产生不同程度的作用，一个具体的数字很难反应某个因素所作用的大小。本文利用模糊综合评判工具，针对这些因素的不确定性，模拟实际中影响农民工供给的主要因素--收入、成本、预期，定量的分析了其对农民工劳动供给行为影响程度。
he factors affecting the supply of the migrant workers are very complex, which is difficult to use a specific number to demonstrate due to factors such as different groups of people, different time and different degrees of effect. This paper adopts the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method to simulate the main factors affecting the supply of migrant workers including income, cost, expectancy, having a quantitative analysis of their influence on the labor supply of migrant workers.
