共同配送是一种由多个物流企业联合开展配送的物流模式,为解决共同配送跨组织动态任务分配难题,本文提出基于扩展合同网的多Agent共同配送动态物流任务分配方法。扩展合同网包括基于"熟人"关系的发标策略,多Agent供应链联盟竞标策略与多属性评价中标策略三个方面,通过"熟人"招标策略减少无效任务标书发放数量,降低通信成本;通过多Agent供应链联盟竞标策略减少合同管理Agent任务组合优化计算压力,加快任务分配速度;通过模糊综合评判法建立成本、质量与时间综合效用最大的中标选择评价模型,采用重庆某物流企业共同配送案例验证了该任务分配方法的有效性。结果表明,该方法根据共同配送成员间资源状态和意愿成功进行快速有效的共同配送任务分配,达到了共同配送联盟互利共赢,降低成本的效果。

In order to solve the problem of dynamic allocation of cross-organization dynamic distribution, this paper proposes a multi-agent common distribution dynamic logistics assignment method based on extended contract network.The extended contract network includes three aspects: the bid strategy based on the "acquaintance" relationship, the multi-agent supply chain alliance bidding strategy and the multi-attribute evaluation winning strategy. Through the "acquaintance" bidding strategy to reduce the number of invalid tenders issued, reduce communication costs; Through the multi-agent supply chain alliance bidding strategy to reduce the contract management agent task portfolio optimization calculation, to enhance the task distribution speed; Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the cost, quality and time of the three factors comprehensive utility of the largest bid evaluation model, The validity of the task allocation method is verified by a common distribution case of a logistics enterprise in Chongqing. The results show that the method is based on the resource status and willingness of the common distribution members to successfully distribute the tasks fastly and effectively, which achieves the mutual benefit and win-win situation of the common distribution alliance and reduces the cost.
