肝癌免疫治疗的临床研究进展

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality and continues to increase. The occurrence, development, recurrence and metastasis of HCC are closely related to the immune system.The function of immunity against HCC has been recognized several decades ago. Immunotherapy can induce specific tumor immune response, to obtain the treatment of HCC and reduce the recurrence and metastasis. In recent years, immunotherapy has received great attention.This paper describes the progress of HCC immunotherapy that is ongoing or has been completed ,the progress has made and an overview of its clinical application.
