Palladium-Catalyzed Remote C-H Amination Reaction for the Synthesis of Biaryl Tertiary Amines
本文报道了一种新型钯和降冰片烯共同催化下的远程碳氢键官能团化反应。以简单易得的芳基碘化物与胺化试剂以及芳基频哪醇硼酸酯作为起始原料,合成了一系列具有应用价值的联芳基叔胺化合物。该反应官能团兼容性广,产率良好到优秀。
Here, we report on a novel palladium/norbornene-catalyzed remote C-H amination reaction of aryl halide, O-acyl hydroxylamine and aromatic pinacoborate, selectively affording a series of valuable biaryl tertiary amines in good to high yields with excellent functional group tolerance.
