采用无土栽培试验研究向日葵对Cu和Pb的耐受性。结果表明:Cu和Pb对向日葵生长有抑制作用,可引发缺绿症状,且随重金属浓度的增加,影响越显著。向日葵对Cu和Pb的毒害作用具有耐受性,不同器官对重金属的耐受性不同,其中根对Cu和Pb的耐受性贡献最大。Cu和Pb联合作用并不是简单的促进或抑制,而是二者的复杂统一,作用方式与重金属浓度有关。由于向日葵对Cu和Pb具有相当强的耐受性和富集能力,可以将其应用于治理受Cu和Pb污染的土壤植物修复工程。

he tolerance effects of Helianthus annuus L. to copper and lead was examinded in the present study by soilless culture.The results indicated that Cu and Pb might cause the growth reduction of Helianthus annuus L and induce chlorosis.With increasing heavy metal concentrations, the effects were more serious.At the same time, Helianthus annuus L could tolerate the pollutions of Cu and Pb, and different parts of plants had different abilities of tolerance, among which the roots contributed most to the Helianthus annuus L’s tolerance.The uptake and accumulation of heavy mental showed that the interactions between Cu and Pb were not single stimulation or restraint ,but the complicated unification, as well as the different modes with different concentrations. Although Helianthus annuus L was not a kind of hyperaccumulating plants, its high tolerance and accumulation ability to heavy mental suggested the great potential in remediation of heavy mental polluted soils.
