振动对结晶器流场影响的物理模拟基础研究
Basic study on physical simulation about the effect of mold oscillation on fluid flow
本文基于相似原理,采用量纲分析法,研究了振动对结晶器内钢液流动影响的相似条件,以正弦振动为例,推导得出了表征振动对流场影响相似的两个准数和满足其相等的条件。研究表明,为保证流场动力学及振动条件相似,并满足建模方便,应建立1:1模型进行水模型实验。振动通过摩擦作用于结晶器内部流场的影响较小,振动作用主要表现为通过渣圈的传递对弯月面附近钢液流动的影响,建立物理模型时需另外考虑渣圈的几何相似,并可将结晶器自身的振动简化为渣圈的振动。
In this papper, the similarity conditions of the influence of mold oscillation on fluid flow are studied based on the principle of similitude, using the method of dimension analysis. The sinusoidal vibration is taken as an example to work out two similarity parameters, which characterize the influence of oscillation on the fluid flow in mold, and the condition to equal the two parameters. The study shows that the full scale model should be built in water modeling experiment to guarantee the similitude of both fluid dynamics and oscillation conditions, which also makes the modeling more convenient. Mold oscillation has little impact on the fluid flow by friction, so the effect of oscillation appears in the influence of the slag rim on the flow field around the meniscus. In addition, the geometric similarity of the slag rim should be considered in the physical model and the mold oscillation can be simplified to the oscillation of the slag rim directly.
