考虑反向齿面啮合力的齿轮系统时变啮合刚度的研究
RESEARCH ON TIME-VARYING-MESH-STIFFNESS OF GEAR PAIR BASED ON THE INVERSE MESHED FORCE
在本文中提出了反向啮合刚度的概念,给出了求解渐开线直齿圆柱系统反向啮合刚度的证明过程。推导出考虑啮合区间变动及啮合点沿齿廓不断变动轮齿啮合刚度的具体公式,并应用Weber-Banascheck轮齿弹性变形计算公式给出了一对实际啮合齿轮的啮合刚度、反向啮合刚度与时间的关系曲线,该曲线准确地反映了齿轮啮合时的刚度变化情况。
he concept and it’s calculation method of the inverse gear-mesh-stiffness are presented in this paper. With the formulation of Weber-Banascheck, we get the time-variable solutions of the gear-mesh-stiffness and the inverse gear-mesh-stiffness of a meshing gear pair.
