注意缺陷/多动障碍(Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD)患者普遍存在冲动、多动等典型症状,因此ADHD患者的运动控制环路可能存在异常。静息状态fMRI在研究神经精神疾病患者的脑功能网络异常方面有突出表现。本研究中,我们基于252个样本(144例ADHD患者与108例正常对照)的静息状态fMRI图像,通过独立成分分析(ICA)提取了每个样本的静息状态运动控制网络,进而对ADHD患者与正常对照的运动控制网络进行了统计比较。实验结果表明,同正常受试者比较,ADHD患者运动控制环路的同步活动(coactivation)显著强于正常对照(p<0.05)。ADHD患者表现出的活动量过多、冲动、行为控制困难等症状,可能与其运动控制环路异常模式有关。本研究结果不仅有助于我们对ADHD发病机理的认识,而且对基于磁共振影像的ADHD辅助诊断研究有借鉴意义。

Experimental results show that compared with normal subjects, patients with ADHD motor control loop synchronous activity (coactivation) was significantly stronger than normal controls (p <0.05). ADHD patients showed excessive activity, impulsive behavior control difficulties and other symptoms may be related to the abnormal patterns of the motor control loop. The results of this study will not only help advance our understanding of the pathogenesis of ADHD, and have reference to aid diagnosis of ADHD based on magnetic resonance imaging.
