大学生健康信息规避量表构建研究

Purpose/significance] In this paper, a robust and practical health information avoidance (HIA) scale for college students is constructed, with a view to providing an early basis for effectively measuring the HIA tendency of college students and HIA-related research, and providing useful reference for health service institutions and college students to reasonably respond to HIA. [Method/process] Using the theoretical integration approach and previous research, the preliminary scale of HIA of college students was developed; 277 college students were tested using the preliminary scale, and EFA and CFA were performed on the empirical data obtained, the formal scale of HIA of college students was formed through the reliability and validity test. [Result/conclusion] The HIA evaluation scale of college students has three dimensions of negative emotion, cognitive dissonance and behavior change, the retest reliability of the total scale is 0.951, and the retest reliability of the three dimensions is 0.871~0.919, specifically involving 10 measurement items.
