Graphene Oxide Induced Gelation of Regenerated Silk Fibroin Materials
本文旨在研究二维材料氧化石墨烯诱导丝素蛋白成胶的过程,运用圆二色谱、拉曼、透射电镜、傅里叶转换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射等手段对材料进行了表征。研究表明氧化石墨烯的加入在一定程度上可以加快再生丝素蛋白的成胶,同时也使β折叠含量和结晶度有所增加。为设计和应用丝素蛋白-氧化石墨烯复合材料提供了依据。
he aim of this paper is to study the gelation process of silk fibroin materials induced by two-dimensional material graphene oxide, which were characterized using circular dichroism, Raman spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X ray diffraction. The graphene oxide can accelerate thesilk fibroin gelation in a certain extent, while the beta sheet content and crystallinity were also increased.It provides a basis for the design and application of silk fibroin/graphene oxide composite.
