Novel and Efficient Formation of Dihydrofurans and Cyclopropanes through Oxidative Cycloaddition of Aldehydes with 1,3-Dicarbonyl Compounds
在机械研磨条件下,达米酮和1,3-茚二酮分别与各种醛在I2/DMAP作用下发生环加成反应,分别生成二氢呋喃和环丙烷衍生物,并对反应机理进行了研究。该方法新颖,反应中不使用催化剂和有机溶剂,体现了绿色化学的理念。
n efficient and practical methodology for the oxidative addition reaction of various aldehydes with 5,5-dimethyl-cyclohexane-1,3-dione (dimedone) and 1,3-indanedione to afford dihydrofuran and cyclopropane derivatives, respectively, promoted by molecular iodine under mechanical milling conditions has been demonstrated. The products were obtained in good to excellent yields. A possible mechanism of this unusual reaction process was proposed.
